Palatine Farmers Market Opening Soon for Summer Season

Area farmers markets will soon be opening up for the summer season.

The Palatine Farmers Market will soon be back for the summer season.

The farmers market will open on Saturday, May 4 and will remain open through Oct. 26, according to the village's website. The village plans to post more information on the farmers market soon on the village website.

As well as vendors selling fresh produce, organic meats and cheeses, the farmers market, which was held in the Metra train station parking lot on Wood Street last year, also featured live music and other entretainment each week, according to Palatine Patch.
