April 12

A woman reported April 12 that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took personal property valued at $1,273 while it was parked on the 800 block of Silverwood Court in Lake Zurich.

 

Palatine

April 11

Anil Joseph, 35, of Des Plaines, was charged with improper lane usage, DUI, DUI blood-alcohol level above .08, illegal transportation of alcohol and uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop at 11:37 p.m. at westbound Dundee Road from North Rand Road.

April 13

A black leather wallet, iPhone, Visa debit and credit cards and an Illinois driver's license was stolen April 13 from the women's locker room at , 1700 N. Hicks Road, sometime between 5:10 and 6:45 p.m. The victim said she presumes she forgot to lock the locker.

A black Blackberry valued at $500 and key fob valued at $300 were stolen from a picnic table near the basketball courts at Birchwood Park, 435 W. Illinois Ave., sometime between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m.

April 15

Vernon D. Olson, 63, of Palatine, was charged with improper turn, improper lane usage and DUI after a traffic stop at 12:40 a.m. at westbound Colfax Street from Brockway Street.
