A 28-year-old Hoffman Estates woman faces an aggravated DUI charge, her fourth DUI offense, after police say she drove on the wrong side of the road in Elgin about 5 a.m. on Saturday, struck a car and then "passed out," according to the Daily Herald.
Jessica Silva, of the 1100 block of Aspen Court in Hoffman Estates, could face up to seven years in prison if convicted, according to the article.
