Palatine Woman Gets 12 Years for 7th DUI

Jeanine Jenkins also has been ordered to pay a $25,000 fine, according to the Daily Herald.

A 53-year-old Palatine woman convicted of picking her 1-year-old granddaughter up from a Palatine daycare while she was intoxicated in April 2012 was sentenced to 12 years in prison on Wednesday, according to the Daily Herald. 

A jury convicted Jeanine Jenkins of her 7th DUI in May and she faced between six to 30 years in prison, according to the article.
