Palatine Police: Woman Passes Away in Home Monday

A strong police presence on Waterbury Circle caused a large amount of curiosity from neighbors and passersby Monday afternoon.

A strong police presence in the 1400 block of Waterbury Circle Monday afternoon caused a considerable amount of curiosity from neighbors and passersby. 

Palatine Police Commander Kurt Schroeder said a woman in her 30's who was living in the home, had a number of medical issues and passed away earlier Monday. 

Police had taped off the area, and were still on the scene at approximately 2 p.m. 

Schroeder said foul play is not suspected, but police are continuing to investigate.
