Palatine police is asking for the public's help in locating a 63-year-old with bipolar disorder who may be dangerous, according to the Daily Herald.
Leon Joffe left an assisted-living center in Palatine at 5 p.m. Wednesday and took a cab to O'Hare International Airport, according to the article. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds and speaks with an English accent, the Daily Herald reports.
