Palatine Police Blotter: Wallet Stolen from Women's Locker Room

April 11
Anil Joseph, 35, of Des Plaines, was charged with improper lane usage, DUI, DUI blood-alcohol level above .08, illegal transportation of alcohol and uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop at 11:37 p.m. at westbound Dundee Road from North Rand Road.

A black leather wallet, iPhone, Visa debit and credit cards and an Illinois driver's license was stolen from the women's locker room at , 1700 N. Hicks Road, sometime between 5:10 and 6:45 p.m. The victim said she presumes she forgot to lock the locker.
A black Blackberry valued at $500 and key fob valued at $300 were stolen from a picnic table near the basketball courts at Birchwood Park, 435 W. Illinois Ave., sometime between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m.

Vernon D. Olson, 63, of Palatine, was charged with improper turn, improper lane usage and DUI after a traffic stop at 12:40 a.m. at westbound Colfax Street from Brockway Street.
