Palatine Police Blotter: Retail Theft Arrests at Walmart

The following information was provided by the Palatine Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 2

Steven Kukich, 23, of Prospect Heights was charged with local ordinance retail theft after taking men's cologne valued at $38 from , 1555 N. Rand Rd. and leaving without paying.

David Doolen, 29, of Schaumburg, was charged with local ordinance retail theft after taking vitamins and condoms valued at $14 from , 1555 N. Rand Rd., and leaving with out paying.

Siobhan Zagone, 46, of Palatine, was charged with local ordinance retail theft after taking razor refills, a razor with a handle and a candy bar from , 1555 N. Rand Rd., and leaving with out paying. The items were valued at $28.

Aug. 4

A white 2009 Honda Accord had its front passenger side window smashed sometime between 6:30 p.m. Aug. 4 and 12:05 a.m. Aug. 5. Taken from the vehicle was a radar detector and cord valued at $500.

Aug. 5

Two large windows were broken at Arlington Car Wash, 2031 N. Rand Rd., sometime between 10 p.m. Aug. 5 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 6.

Aug. 7

A 2005 blue Dodge pickup truck had is driver's side windshield smashed sometime between 11:20 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. Nothing was taken from the vehicle, however a black marker was used to vandalize the interior with random scribbling.
