Palatine Man Who Fled With 13-Year-Old Girl Arrested
The Daily Herald reported that a 19-year-old Palatine man was arrested in Indiana this week.
A 19-year-old Palatine man was arrested in Indiana this week with a 13-year-old girl he was previously convicted of abusing, the Daily Herald reported.
Oscar Lopez was convicted of sexual battery last year, the newspaper reported. Lopez's three year prison sentence was suspended. However, when Lopez did not appear for a July 28 court date, a warrant was issued for him, the Herald reported.
Lopez was arrested for felony child abduction, his bail was set at $55,000, the Herald reported.
