A woman in Sussex, WI, about 30 miles west of Milwaukee, reported she was sexually assaulted by Corbin, who she met through a biker’s website, at her home in March 2011.

The woman told a detective she hadn’t met Corbin face-to-face before the incident, but Corbin was at the residence drinking beer while they talked until 2 a.m. Since it was late, the woman told Corbin he could sleep over but that nothing sexual could occur.

The woman took pain medication she needed from a recent surgery and fell asleep about 15 minutes later after telling Corbin she would be knocked out by the medication. The woman told the detective she woke up at 3:45 a.m. to Corbin taking off her pajamas. She said she told him to stop, adding “I told you before that nothing was happening.”

“Please baby, please. I promise I will be gentle,” said Corbin, the woman told the detective. Again the woman told Corbin to stop and she fell back asleep.

At some point during the night, the woman told the detective, Corbin was having sex with her. When she woke up at 10:30 a.m., she found her pants and underwear were removed.

The woman reported she confronted Corbin, who responded that he “probably shouldn’t of” had sex with her and that he should have used protection. The woman received a sexual assault kit a few days later.

Corbin told the detective they had sex, but it was while she was conscious. He told the detective the woman hadn’t been drinking but he was not sure if she had taken any medication.
