Palatine: Man Rolls Car at 1 Renaissance Place Sunday Night
The driver was the sole occupant of the SUV he was driving, and was charged with DUI.
A driver who rolled his vehicle Sunday night at 1 Renaissance Place in Palatine was charged with Driving Under the Influence, according Kurt Schroeder, commander with the Palatine Police Department.
Ralph Zamback, 53, of the 0-100 block of Renaissance Place was uninjured in the one-car accident that occurred shortly after 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
Zamback was driving a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner at the time of the accident, which he rolled onto a snow embankment, said Bill Gabrenya, deputy chief with the Palatine Fire Department.

Schroeder said when police and fire arrived at the scene, Zamback had already exited the vehicle, which landed on the driver's side. He was not transported to the hospital.
Schroeder said after sobriety tests were conducted at the scene, Zamback was charged with DUI and transported to police headquarters for processing.
