Police: Palatine Man Arrested After 3,350 Grams of Marijuana Found in Home

A two-month investigation has resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Palatine who police said received a large package of marijuana in the mail, police said Friday. 

Kyle J. Pikrone, 722 E. Constitution Dr. Unit #5, was arrested last week at his home after police conducted a search of the residence and found 3,350 grams of cannabis, a large amount of cash and loose ammunition, according to a Palatine Police Department press release. 

Pikrone was charged with felony possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of ammunition with a revoked F.O.I.D. card.He appeared in bond court on May 24 and was released on a $10,000 I bond.  Pikrone is next expected in court on July 2. 

Palatine police received assistance from U.S. Postal Inspectors during the investigation.
