Palatine Flight Attendant Back in Court Today

Sheila A. Schultz of the 1200 block of N. Grove Avenue faces a felony, and a misdemeanor charge for attempting to bring a gun on board in her carry-on luggage. She will be in a Chicago courtroom later today.

 

The Palatine flight attendant accused of carrying a loaded gun in her carry-on bag will be back in court in Chicago today. 

The lawyer for Sheila A. Schultz of the 1200 block of N. Grove Avenue claimed in court November 24 that her husband actually left the gun in her bag and she was unaware of it, according to Chicago City and Press.

Schultz is charged with one felony count of boarding an aircraft with a weapon, and possessing a firearm without a valid FOID card, a misdemeanor.
