Palatine Crime: Residential Burglary; Windows Smashed

The Palatine Police Department releases crime alerts weekly, and asks for the public's help by reporting information you may have confidentially.

Residential Burglary

 

Some time between 8:30 a.m and 8:40 p.m. , Sept. 13, there was a residential burglary in the 600 block of Aurelia Ct. Police say someone used a prying tool to gain entry through the front door. The unknown offender took jewelry of an unknown value from the master bedroom.


Criminal Damage to Property

 

Some time between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m., Sept. 15, and unknown offender smashed a window at Dunkin Donuts, 801 E. Dundee Road.

Some time between 11:55, Sept. 12, and 7:16 a.m., Sept. 13, an unknown offender use two bricks to smash a window in the 200 block of W. Michigan Ave.



Driving Under the Influence

 Habrham Moreno-Valdivia, 23, 0f the 1500 block of Winslowe Dr., was arrested at 2 a.m., on Sept. 14, in the 1500 block of Winslowe and charged with driving under the influence.
