Huntley Shooting Claims Life of Second Brother
Three brothers from the Grundei family have died in recent weeks: two following a shooting that occurred in Huntley and one in a drowning in Deerfield.
It has been a traumatic month for one local family.
On Wednesday, Mark Grundei, 50, who was involved in a shooting in Huntley that claimed the life of his younger brother, has also died, according to the Daily Herald.
Grundei suffered a gun shot wound to the head following a fight with Robert Grundei over living arrangements, according the Daily Herald reports. Robert Grundei was shot in the head and shoulder and died following the shooting , according to CBS Chicago.

Robert, who was visiting from Florida, was staying at the family's Sun City home as he helped with funeral arrangements following the death of their youngest brother, Brian Grundei, who died in a drowning in Deerfield earlier in May, according to the article.
Mark Grundei died at a hospice care center in Woodstock on Wednesday and an autopsy is scheduled for Thursday, according to CBS Chicago.
