Williams was a member of Fremd's Auto Club and played the trumpet in the school band. He loved the White Sox and had a passion for working on cars, according to his obituary.

"(He) could frequently be seen in town driving his beloved two tone cream and tan 1980 Camero," according to his obituary.

A visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway in Palatine. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Monday, according to his obituary.
