Armed robbery charges were dropped Monday against three Palatine teens: Justin Wilson, 16; Kenneth Smith, 18; and Qua'son Parker, 19, according to the Daily Herald.
The arrests came after two individuals were confronted by robbers who demanded money during two different incidents on Sept. 24, 2012, in the 600-800 block of East Whispering Oaks Court, according to the article.
