Fashion Friday Features Dressing for your Body Type

Love is in the Air this month! Do you Love your wardrobe? Do you have some favorite pieces you love? When you love your wardrobe you feel good, and have confidence .

For the next few weeks Ill focus on dressing for the different body types and shapes and will start with the bottom heavy figure. Do you know which wardrobe pieces to pick to minimize your larger hips?

-If you have this body type you'll want to keep your lines long....dressing in one color can do this.
-Add a fitted jacket but make sure that it ends before your widest area.
- Wear tops with fuller sleeves. Lighter in bue than your pants or skirt will draw the eyes upward as will print and patterned tops . Play with different necklines and accessories.
-Avoid  tight or clingy bottom pieces in your wardrobe.

Jeans: You can look great in these too with a few important features to remember.
-Boot lega with their flare balance out fuller and wider hips.
-Darker colors are more slimming.
-Five pocket jeans with minimal bling  look good.
-The longer your hem length, the longer your leg will look.

Dresses: Fuller skirts minimize the hips and accent the waist. if you have a thicker waist then the empire dress (raised waist) shifts the eye focus to your top half.

Your comfort and personal taste and style will guide you to your favorites.
