Palatine Park District Seeks New Boys Team Head Gymnastics Coach

Palatine Gymnastics Club Now Hiring for Boys Team.

Gymnastics has a long history at Palatine Park District, dating back to the program’s beginning in 1977. At that time, it was a developmental program offering classes that were taught at Fremd and Palatine High Schools. Today, the program has a dedicated space in the Community Center and still focuses on the developmental aspects of the sport, offering tot, preschool, beginner, and intermediate classes. The program is also home to the Palatine Gymnastics Club Competitive Team. Many members of the team go on to compete for Fremd, Palatine, and other area high schools.

The Palatine Gymnastics Club currently has a part-time opening for Boys Team Head Gymnastics Coach. This position requires knowledge of USAG boys competitive programs and dealing with Level 4-9 USAG, and the candidate must be safety certified. This position provides an excellent opportunity to further develop and grow the program. Approximately 15-18 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours. Hours will be weekday evenings and Saturday during the day.
