5th Anniversary Screening of "White Out" on Saturday, December 29

Movie written and directed by Fremd High School Graduate David B. Grelck, featuring St. Charles native John Legat, Fremd alum Michelle Higgins, and Eric Lipe.

On Saturday, December 29th, the Cutting Hall Film Series presents a 5th anniversary showing of “White Out” at 7:30pm. The film premiered at Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center on December 29, 2007.

In “White Out,” Nick Watson (Jonathan C. Legat) is the host of Reality, a talk show on Norwalk University's WSKO radio station in northern New Hampshire.  Just as he's closing down his last show, he receives a disturbing on air phone call from a listener accusing his fiancé of cheating on him with the University's star quarterback.  Too much to handle, compounded with the freak blizzard that rages outside, Watson is determined to stay on the air and carry out some sweet revenge.

The film is a showcase of local acting talent including Jonathan C. Legat, from St. Charles; Michelle Higgins, a Fremd High School alum; and Eric Lipe from Springfield. Writer/director David B. Grelck, who also attended Fremd High School, will be in attendance at the anniversary showing, along with Legat and Higgins.
