School is almost out and Summer Camp season is upon us. Are you ready?
For months, Moms have been planning and researching local summer camps, maybe even some overnight camp options, and now it's time to get the kids ready.
So, to help make a busy Mom's life a little easier I created a Summer Camp Checklist for Moms to help plan for your kids summer fun.
I also did a little research on how to mentally prepare your kids for summer camp, in case they are anxious about starting camp or going to an unfamiliar camp, and thought I would share this great article on Creating Happy Campers.
Even if you haven't lined up camps for your kids yet, don't panic, there are still plenty of camp options still open to keep the kids active and having fun. If you aren't sure which camp would be best for your child, read this post on How to Choose the Right Summer Camp for Your Child.
Most importantly, I want to hear from all of you summer camp expert Moms out there! Please share your tips on how to choose the right camp for your child and what gear the kids need. If your kids go to overnight camp, how do you handle homesickness or stay in touch?
