Services for William Johns will begin with prayers on Monday June 27 at 9:30 a.m. at the , 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, proceeding to , 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.
Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
William was born May 16, 1923 in LaSalle, IL. the son of the late Richard and Stella (Maher) Johns and passed away peacefully on Monday June 20 at the Pepper Hospice House in Barrington.

William was employed by State Farm Insurance Company as an insurance agent for 30 years. A WWII Navy Veteran and was an avid golfer for many years.
Beloved husband of 57 years of Frances (Kornaus) Johns; loving father of Lois Southard; cherished grandfather of Scott and Marybeth Southard; dear brother of the late Mildred (late George) Childers; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
