Susan was born on Jan. 16, 1949, in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of the late Richard Louis and Alice Mary (nee Sullivan) Johnson.

Susan is survived by her children Kathy Anne and Rick (Susan) Pelanek; grandchildren Lily and Emmie Pelanek; her sisters Mary Alice (Jeff) Williams and Melinda (Dean) Ketelsen.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Louis Johnson Jr.
