Obituary: Jayna T. Sullivan, 41, formerly of Palatine

Jayna T. Sullivan, 41, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Palatine, IL, was born on September 4, 1972 and she died unexpectedly on April 29.

Beloved daughter of Jane M. and the late Charles L. Sullivan, Jr.; loving sister of Charles L. III, John (Kathy Riedy), Elizabeth, Catherine (Frank) Grant, Clare (James) Machometa, Mary (Paul) Proteau and Margaret (Fiancé John Catalano) Sullivan; cherished aunt of Jimmy, Molly, Maggie, Jack, Danny, Michael, Maille, Sarah, Paul Jr., Ella and Rachael; dearest friend to many; and dedicated co-worker to the Arizona Department of Health. Jayna was a 1989 Alumna of Palatine High School and 1993 Alumna of De Paul University.

Funeral Information

Visitation Monday, May 6, 8:30-9:30 AM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. A Funeral Liturgy to follow immediately, 10 AM at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 455 N. Benton Street, Palatine. Interment private.
