Visitation for Juta Pilliroog will be held Jan. 4 at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Palatine.
Juta Pilliroog, 83, of Palatine, passed away Dec. 23 in Barrington, surrounded by her family.
Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 4, from 1 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2 p.m. at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 144 E. Palatine Road, in Palatine. Rev. David Mercer will officiate.
Juta was born Dec. 1, 1930, in Estonia. Survivors include her children, Maret Canfield, Ellen Hansen, Anne (Norm) Baron, and Kevin (Michelle) Pilliroog; grandchildren, Thomas Barr, Marla (Dan) Beniek, Lindsay (Angelo) Calanca, Dylan Canfield, Kara Hansen, and Karl Pilliroog; great-grandchildren, Ariel Barr, Dylan Canfield Jr., Joshua Beniek, Shane Beniek, Kayla Beniek and Addison Calanca.

Juta was preceded in death by her husband, Aksel Pilliroog; and her grandson, Kyle Canfield.
