Edsel A. Eaves, 77, of Las Vegas, NV, a former resident of Palatine for 45 years, passed away on Sept. 22. Funeral Service for Edsel will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home in Palatine at 201 N. Northwest Highway. Interment will take place at Windridge Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Cary.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 28, from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was the beloved husband of Darleen Eaves, loving brother of Gary (Marlene) Workman; devoted father of Kathleen (Ken) FitzHenry, Carolyn (Mark) Johnson, Mark (Michelle) Eaves, and Diane (Steve) Enot; adored grandfather of Courtney and Tommy Johnson, Josh and Leah Eaves, and Cari Ann, Ryan, Kyle and Emma Enot. He was preceded in death by his mother, Zelma Eaves.
