Memorial visitation for Ruth Voigt will be held on Saturday, March 8th, 2014 from 10:00AM until the time of the memorial service at 12 Noon at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Interment will be private.
Ruth was born on April 3, 1929 in Licking, MO the daughter of the late Roy E. and Eva (nee Reed) Collins and passed away early on Thursday, March 6th.
Beloved wife of the late Leland Voigt; loving mother of David (Patti) Voigt, Lisa (Ron) Shor and Bryon Voigt; cherished grandmother of Ryan, Kelly and Ashley Voigt, Jake Bock, Justin, Andrew and Dylan Voigt; step grandmother of Jared Shor and Kristin (Justin) Orvis; step great grandmother of Zachary Orvis; dear sister of June (Ken) Decker and the late Doyle Collins; sister in law of Geri Collins; also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew and many other loving family and friends.
