Services for Albert A. Barrese, Jr. will begin with prayers on Monday, Feb. 13 at 9:30 a.m. at the , 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine proceeding to , 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine for funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 12 from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Albert was born on February 25, 1940 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Albert A. Sr. and Matilda (nee: Caputo) Barrese and passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 8.

One of Albert’s passions was his love of baseball and he was a very devoted White Sox Fan.
Beloved husband of 40 years of Donna J. (nee: Penczek) Barrese; loving father of Albert A. Barrese, III, James Barrese and Alicia (Anthony) Palij; fond brother of Robert (Marie) Barrese and Carmella (Richard) Tufano; Albert is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
