Blood Drive At Paddock School Oct. 11

Help Rosie Colucci reach her goal of inspiring 100 people to give blood.

Seven-year-old Palatine resident Rosie Colucci is asking people to take advantage of a blood and bone marrow registry drive at , 225 W. Washington St.

Colucci has been battling brain cancer four four years. During that time Rosie and her family .

Colucci's charitable efforts have earned her the nickname "Rosie the Rock Star" from hospital staff. Colucci's goal for the Oct. 11 blood and bone marrow registry drive at Paddock is to have 100 people donate.

The drive will be from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
