On winter days like today when I find myself missing the flowers, the butterflies and the hummingbirds, I look through my photographs and the world goes from drab and gray to colorful and bright again.
Everyone has their camera phones with pictures stored away out of sight until we press this button or that button, scrolling around to find a favorite picture or memory to share with family or friends.
I hope that people are still taking the time to have prints of favorite photos made and are placing them in an album.
