Winston Campus Junior High 7th Grade Volleyball Team Wins D15 Tournament
Winston Warriors beat South Middle School to win the tournament.
Congratulations to the Winston Campus Junior High 7th Grade Volleyball team on their tournament championship at the District 15 Tournament.
On March 19, the girls won 4 of their 6 games to advance to the semi-final round on March 20. They then beat Plum Grove Junior High in three games in their semi-final match and advanced to the tournament final versus South Middle School from Arlington Heights. The Winston Warriors won the final match versus South in three games to be named tournament champions.
Plum Grove Junior High finished the tournament in third place, followed by Carl Sandburg Junior High in fourth place.

The coaches chose the all-tournament team: Alissa Kritz and Sarah Clancy from Winston Campus, Alissa Honickel from Carl Sandburg, Hannah Ban from Plum Grove, and two players (numbers 10 and 11) from South Middle School.
This is the second tournament win of the season for the 7th grade team from Winston Campus. They also won the District 54 tournament earlier in the season.
