Lawmakers give Quinn lesson with concealed carry override

SPRINGFIELD  —  Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn got some headlines when he changed the state’s concealed-carry laws last week, but on Tuesday it was Quinn who got a lesson from state lawmakers who say the Chicago Democrat went way beyond his power with an amendatory veto of the weapons law.
