Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford speaks to Lombard Chamber of Commerce

October 16, 2013-Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford took the opportunity to address the crowd at the Lombard Chamber of Commerce meeting today in DuPage County.
Rutherford spoke to the crowd about the financial difficulties in Illinois along with the Treasurer's office I-Cash program. 
The I-Cash program connects state residents with their unclaimed property.  In DuPage county their are 490,870 owners of $134,828,804 of unclaimed property.
