Palatine to Kick Off Holiday Season with Tree Lighting
Mark your calendars. The village's holiday tree lighting is Nov. 23.
Get into the holiday spirit by joining Santa Claus and Mayor Jim Schwantz in the lighting of the Palatine holiday tree at Towne Square in downtown Palatine on Nov. 23.
The festivities kick off at 4:30 p.m. with the Palatine Children’s Chorus providing holiday music.
Santa Claus arrives at 5 p.m. to light the holiday tree. After the tree is illuminated, children will have an opportunity to speak and take a picture with Santa.
