Facilitating the session is consultant Diane Decker, who said she tries to help others reach their potential.

“I would like to help others see their talents and potential, and be motivated to realize it,” Decker said. “There are many individuals in my training classes that have been put in a box, by themselves or others, and see limits to what they can do.”
