Harper College students looking to improve their golf games will get a crash course from an expert on Wednesday, April 23. PGA Teaching Professional Eric Pick will give free lessons for players of all skill levels on the practice field near Building M on the College’s main campus, 1200 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine.
Beginner golfers can learn the basics at 3 p.m., intermediate golfers can get pointers at 4 p.m., and advanced golfers can refine their skills at 5 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Office of Student Involvement and Campus Recreation. In addition to his PGA career, Pick offers private lessons and coaches the varsity, sophomore and freshmen golf teams at Maine South High School.
