Patch Pets: Senior Kitty Seeks Serenity

Hey there, it’s me, Isabel. And, just like my beautiful name, I’m a beautiful and petite 10- year-old Tortie. I’m a new kitty to Young at Heart (YAH) and after being rescued from a loud and stressful shelter, I’m a little weary of all the recent changes in my life, but I’m so happy to get a second chance.

I am a sweet girl who loves the TLC the volunteers give me but I’m just a little shy and still learning how to relax in my new surroundings. I’m a smart girl and quickly starting to understand that everything is looking up for me now and with each day that passes by, I’m really starting to blossom!

I’m good with the litter box, I love to be brushed and all the toys I have to choose from are really starting to look like fun! Everyone says I would make a great lap cat and would probably enjoy the company of just one other mellow kitty like me. I’m a special girl who is longing for a family to call her own.
