Legion Holds First Responders Pancake Breakfast

The Sons of the American Legion (S.A.L.) are sponsoring a pancake breakfast which is open to the public on Saturday, June 23rd from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the American Legion Hall 122 West Palatine Road in Palatine to raise funds for Legion Family Charities.

“We want to invite the community to join us for our pancake breakfast honoring First Responders,” said Jason Foltyn, Commander of the S.A.L.  “We will be holding our breakfast upstairs in our hall.  The breakfast costs $6.00 for adults, $3.00 for children between 6 and 12 years old and children under 5 years old are free.  All active First Responders are free.”

The S.A.L. will be serving “all you can eat” pancakes and French toast.  With the pancakes and French toast, the S.A.L. will serve ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit, orange juice, coffee and milk.
