Benefits Check-in Event
Come meet with our staff to learn about State and Federal senior and disabled entitlement programs. We will be screening participants for programs as well as completing necessary applications. Please bring your State ID, Medicare and insurance cards, 2010 Income Tax return or proof of income, a recent bank statement, and asset information. No reservation is required
