Reclaiming Christmas

Christmas has been hijacked. 

What was once a time to celebrate the birth of God’s gracious rescue of this world has become a frantic few months of consumerism, depression, conflict and stress. Sadly, we’re often so busy with what Christmas has become that we’ve forgotten what it truly is.  

We’ve forgotten the story.On a normal night, in a nothing town, everything changed. The long awaited and desperately needed King was born. 

It’s time to push back against what Christmas has become and reclaim what Christmas truly is.

It’s time to take back the true story.

We invite you to join us at Redemption Bible Church for a three week Christmas series beginning Sunday, December 8th at 9:00 a.m. We’re calling it “Reclaiming Christmas: Taking Back the True Story.” Bring your friends and family and join our church family as we spend three weeks reclaiming Christmas through story and song. 

Redemption meets in the auditorium at Prospect High School, 801 West Kensington Road, Mt. Prospect, on Sundays at 9:00 a.m.
