StartingPoint Realty is hosting free seminars for first-time home buyers in Chicago.   The sessions break down the process of buying a home step-by-step, educating attendees about everything from starting the search process through closing.

Seminars start at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the StartingPoint offices at 1232 W. Northwest Highway on Wednesdays, February 20th,  March 6th and March 20th

Topics covered include the roles of the lender/mortgage broker and real estate agent; credit scores; property searches; contracts; negotiation; down payments and closing requirements.   No sales pitches will be made.  Attendees will be also be able to participate in a Q&A following the session.  Free refreshments will be served.

“Buying a home for the first time can be intimidating and confusing.  The amount of information – and misinformation – can be overwhelming,”  says Ryan Gable, founder, managing broker and CEO of StartingPoint.  “We developed these seminars to help potential buyers more easily navigate through the process.”

There is no charge to attend the programs, but reservations are recommended.  Please visit http://www.firsttimehomeseminar.com or call 847.348.1154 to reserve a space.
