Community Fitness Center Free Open House

Community Fitness Center, a Palatine Park District facility, will be holding an Open House on Saturday, December 8 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The fitness center is located in Community Center at 250 E. Wood Street, Palatine.


Free Open House activities will include screenings, fitness demonstrations, equipment orientations, giveaways and raffles. Personal trainers and wellness coaches will be on hand throughout the event offering complimentary consultations and mini fitness assessments. Membership specials will be offered on December 8 for both new and renewing members. Community members are encouraged to join the facility in December, prior to the rate increase that is taking effect on January 1, 2013.


Community Fitness Center is a conveniently located facility that offers treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, weight machines, free weights, and cardio television, along with personal training and wellness services. Fitness passes are available for six months or one year for individuals, families, students, and seniors with rates starting at $66 for six months. The center is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturday from 7am to 5pm, and Sunday from 7am to 3pm.
