No matter how many swings you take in a cage there is only one way to prepare for hitting in a game. You must step in against pitchers throwing live! Hitters will face college quality pitchers or better who won’t hold anything back. Hitters will take full at bats and receive instruction on their approach and game specific hitting situations. Make sure all that work on your swing is not wasted. Get live at bats in before the season and be prepared!
