Cross, Truax and Roskam to speak at Republican Township meeting

The Palatine Township Republican Organization (PTRO), the official Republican organization of Palatine Township, will feature Tom Cross, Doug Truax and US Rep Peter Roskam at their regular monthly meeting which is free and open to the public on Saturday, January 4th starting at 9:00 AM with the doors opening at 8:30 AM at the PTRO office at 839 N. Quentin Road in Palatine.

“Our meeting will feature Tom Cross, Doug Truax and US Rep Peter Roskam,” said Aaron Del Mar, Palatine Township Republican Committeeman.  “Please join us as we introduce Tom Cross who is running to replace Dan Rutherford as state treasurer and Doug Truax who is running against US Senator Dick Durbin.  As an added bonus, US Rep Peter Roskam will join us to talk about national politics.”

Founded in 2010 by newly elected Palatine Township Republican Committeeman Aaron Del Mar, PTRO coordinates the Republican Party’s efforts in the township.  Led by Del Mar, President Kevin McGrane and Deputy Committeeman and Executive Director Bebe Sutton, PTRO promotes the foundational principles of the Republican Party, namely fiscal responsibility, personal accountability and limited, transparent government, and works to elect Republican candidates who espouse those principles.
