Bridge the Gap 5k Walk/Run

On Saturday, September 28th is the 5th annual Bridge the Gap 5k Walk/Run event which helps to bridge the funding gap for services provided by The Bridge Youth & Family Services located in Palatine, IL.  This event runs from 9 am (with 8:30 am check-in) through about 11 am.  

The Bridge is a 501(3)c non-profit organization that provides mentoring, counseling, parenting, crisis intervention, and other services for children and their families.  Our mission is to help young people and their families achieve social and emotional health.  Our services are for children zero to sixteen years of age.

This family friendly event is fun way to participant and join your community in supporting such a worthy cause - our children.

Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m. at the Community Consolidated School District 15 Building, 580 N. 1st Bank Drive, Palatine, 60067.  Runners start at 9 a.m. with walkers immediately following.  Each participant will receive a goody bag filled through generous donations from our sponsors and supporters.  

We haven't forgotten about areas businesses, you can sign-up for our Corporate Challenge.  Register the most people on your 5k walk/run team and you could win a $2500 Annual Sponsorship Package!
