Veterans Day Images in Palatine
A ceremony was held in Community Park Sunday afternoon to honor all Veterans of war, and in peacetime.
The Palatine American Legion Post 690 honored the military on Veterans Day, Sunday, November 11 at Community Park.
The ceremony began at noon and featured members of the Legion’s Color Guard and Rifle Team, the Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion.
Palatine Boy Scout Troop #209 also participated in the ceremony, which concluded with a rifle salute.
