Memorial Fund Set Up for 3 Palatine Family Members Killed in Crash

A memorial fund has been set up for the three Palatine family members killed in recent weeks in a car crash in DeKalb County.
The Perez Memorial Fund web page is seeking donations to help cover the costs for a funeral for Angelina Felix, 57, her 19-year-old daughter, Jenny Perez, and Perez's son, Roberto Perez, 2.
The crash occurred on March 21 when the vehicle the family was in crossed the centerline on Peace Road near Freed Road near Sycamore and collided with a large farming truck, according to the Daily Herald.

As of Thursday night, $965 of the $8,000 goal has been donated to the Perez Memorial Fund, according to the meomrial fund's website.
