Why Go?: Annual overnight event to celebrate and honor those who have cancer, have lost their lives to cancer and to fight back against the disease. Funds support services for area patients and their families, research and educational programs.

Where / When: , 1400 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine; 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m., Friday, June 10.

Why Go?: Go for a swim, check out the playmaze, compete on the basketball court and climbing wall. All families are welcome to attend family night.

Pricing: Free for members; $20 per family for non-members

Why Go?: See the stunning musical revue of songs by John Kander and Fred Ebb, creators of the musicals Chicago and Cabaret.

Pricing: $ 17 for all ages in advance; $19 for all ages at the door

Why Go?: Unique alternative rock music that focuses on the '90s. Sing along to the cool cover songs performed by Corepillar. Must be 21 or older to attend.

Why Go?: Visit the twenty-seven vendors who will be selling their farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, organic meats and eggs, cheeses, spices, olives, pickles and much more.

Where / When: , 180 N. Smith St., Palatine; 5:30 - 10 p.m.; Saturday, June 11.

Why Go? Irish celebration with live music by Finbarr Fagan & Paddy Go Easy, McNulty Irish Dancers performance, raffles, Split the Pot Baggo Tournament. Proceeds will support the preservation of the Irish heritage.

Pricing: $10 per ticket includes food and drink specials, live music and dance entertainment

Why Go?: All ages are welcome to fish. Bait will be available for purchase and prizes will be awarded.
