Why Go?: Free workshops on creative container gardening, 2011 plant and flower trends, rose gardening and spring clean-up. Product stations, expert staff and vendors. Get your tool sharpened for a small fee by "Joe the Tool Sharpening Man". Complementary refreshments.

Why Go?: Silent auction, raffles, live music. All proceeds will go directly to care for Michael Giampa, 45, and his family trust fund. Michael was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme Stage 4 Terminal Brain Cancer at Christmastime, 2010. His company of 12 years went out of business 6 months ago. His wife suffers from a chronic illness that prevents her from working. Mr. and Mrs. Giampa have three children, ages 6, 8 and 12. Michael is a graduate of Palatine High School and Memphis State University.
