Medieval Times Brings Holiday Merriment to Friendship Village
Cast members from Medieval Times Schaumburg put on a show for the residents of Friendship Village as part of their Christmas in the Village celebration. The red and green knights fought to win the favor of their Princess. Attendees encouraged the knights during an exciting sword fight. While not in battle, the knights sang a carol and took pictures with residents.
“Medieval Times is proud to host a show and be part of the Friendship Village Christmas in the Village celebration. We are excited to bring part of our show outside the castle and into the community that supports us,” said Sandy Maldonado-Martinez, Marketing Manager of Medieval Times. “Our company is dedicated to giving back to our communities. We have a great respect for Friendship Village and the work they do.”
“The Knights and Lady were wonderful. Their presence made our event even more spectacular,” said Donna Brown, Lifestyles Activities Manager of Friendship Village. “What a marvelous gift Medieval Times has bestowed upon us!”
